Congratulations to our High Achievers who received High Distinctions and Distinctions in the UNSW ICAS competitions this year in: Mathematics, Spelling, Science, English and Digital Technologies. To achieve a High distinction students are in the top 1% of participants in Australia. To achieve a Distinction students are in the top 10%. ICAS Assessments are designed to recognise academic excellence. Every year over a million students participate in ICAS around the world. Students are assessed on their ability to apply classroom learning to new contexts using higher-order thinking and problem-solving skills.
