Personal message: I continuously strive to educate children who will be confident, articulate and faith driven adults of the future. They must be adaptable to change, be resilient and have a positive and joyous outlook on life. Most importantly they must see themselves as Christ like.

Statement of areas of responsibility: The principal is responsible for modelling the Catholic faith in action and for leading the school community to live out its vision and mission focussed on quality faith, educational and wellbeing experiences for all students. The principal is responsible for the effective leadership, management and strategic direction of the school.

Professional experience: Adam is the principal at All Hallows Catholic Primary School Five Dock since 2024. Prior to this, he has a breadth of experience and a unique perspective that will enhance the educational experience of your children. Having worked in the Sydney Catholic school sector as Principal. A school under my leadership is first and foremost warm and welcoming with a strong and clear ethos of ‘family’. It is also an organisation of excellence. I believe that my leadership style, which balances high expectations and levels of accountability, with care and compassion, has been pivotal in the success of the schools I have led. I know that with your support and involvement in the academic life of our students, we can achieve greatness at All Hallows in the coming year/s.

Professional interests: Developing a cohesive community founded on the teachings of Jesus Christ. Cultivating and developing Catholic educational leaders. Providing contemporary learning opportunities for staff and students in both education and faith formation. Developing a confident voice in all students to be changemakers in our world.
