Personal message: Teaching gives me the opportunity to engage with children and develop their faith. I enjoy working collaboratively with others and encourage students to achieve their potential. It is important to make a difference in the classroom and continually work towards providing innovative opportunities for students to be successful learners.

Statement of areas of responsibility: Tamara shares a Coordinator responsibility for ICT and Science and Technology. Tamara also plans and implements STEM activities for Years 36 and is a Mentor Teacher.

Professional experience: Tamara began teaching at All Hallows Catholic Primary School Five Dock in 2014 in the role of classroom teacher. Tamara is accredited as a proficient teacher and has been teaching for 16 years. She has held leadership roles at the school as a Coordinator. She is accredited at the Lead level of the Mathematical Expertise and Excellence Professional Learning to support teaching Mathematics in the classroom.

Qualifications:  Masters of Religious Education (ACU)

Professional interests: Facilitating STEM and continuing to develop differentiation in the classroom. Building upon students’ self esteem and promoting growth mindset in children. Helping students make connections with their learning.
